PAYMENT PROCESSING and FRAUD
To further combat fraudulent transactions, orders that are high value, or have different shipping and billing addresses, may be flagged for further verification. If your order is flagged, a photo of the physical credit card and a photo ID will be requested and a sales receipt requiring a signature will be sent to you. These items will need to be provided prior to the order shipping. If your order is flagged and we don't receive a response from you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
All orders over $100.00 ship for FREE via US Postal Service (First Class Package). You have to option to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight. We try to ship most orders out within 5-7 business days. If an order is back ordered or delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. We can partial ship your order or hold it until all your items become available. Tracking information will be uploaded to the site and emailed to you as soon as the item is packaged for shipping.
If you absolutely need an item by a certain date, please contact us to verify availability and when the item will ship out.
We currently do not offer international shipping on our web site.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eleven 10 Custom Unit Apparel products can not be returned because of the custom nature of the products. You can exchange apparel for a different size as long as the garment does not have custom text added to it.
To exchange a product for a different size, you can login to your account and use the returns section or email us at email@example.com.
If your product has defects, we'll be happy to replace the product and cover shipping costs. You'll need to start the process by logging into your account and using the returns section or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll have you send the defective product back to us (we'll cover shipping both ways) and we'll ship you out a new product.
